Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend using our insured shipping partners for high-value guitars.

Inspection and Refund

Once our luthiers confirm the instrument has returned in its original condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
